Homeschool Hub: Marble Runs

I did Marble Runs in one of my early Maker Mondays, and I repeated it here with my homeschool group.

I covered 3 big tables in butcher paper, folded up one end so they were on a slant, and pulled out a bunch of supplies from the basement and the craft closet, including pretty much all the tape in the library.

Then they got to work!

We had three groups, and they all took different approaches. One group focused on details and scrambled to finish on time; I wish I could have added an extra hour for building and testing!

The best part? All the enthusiastic clean up! It’s hard to see in this picture, but there were kids standing in the recycling bin crushing all the paper like they were grapes!
